Ready…Set…Go! The main activities at camp include Arts & Crafts, Boating, Nature Lore, Live Arts, Sports, Cooperative Games, Music, and Archery. The Activity Leader is responsible for preparing the activity geared towards each age group, requesting supplies, and animating the activity. During Theme Days, the Activity Leaders are called upon to help organize and participate in the special day.
Responsibilities:

Organization and development of activity that meets the different developmental needs of each of the age groups.

Training and supervision of C.I.T/JC when assigned to their program.

Recommending and requisition supplies when necessary.

Care and maintenance of equipment and supplies in their area.

Being punctual and respecting the schedule is crucial for the success of our camp program which includes but is not limited to:
- Free-play duties
- Any Meetings
- The Bell
- Curfew
- Night duty
- Activities
- Daily cleaning duties

Stimulating interest and participation in their area.

Submitting C.I.T/JC evaluations

Keep an updated inventory of supplies at the start and end of the season to be handed to Supervisor
- Attend and participate in tribal activities i.e. picnics, free-play, sitting with the tribe at all meals, assisting at camper bedtime, and night duty.
- Developing and submitting lesson plans to the Program Director prior to the start of every cycle.
- Develop and assist in the implementation of all Special Days.
- Assist in packing for picnics
Requirements:
Experience leading and teaching activities
Intermediate or higher knowledge in applied for program
Assets:
Educational experience in the applied for the position (i.e. Fine Arts for Arts & Crafts, theater for Live Arts, etc.)
